Payment questions.
How much footage can I keep?
Command includes up to five recording cameras and a shared rolling allowance of 24 camera-hours or 25 GB, whichever fills first. At five continuous cameras, 24 camera-hours is about 4.8 hours of history per camera—not 24 hours each. The oldest footage is deleted automatically; recording continues while you are away. Removing a recording or ending recording-plan access deletes saved footage. Enterprise capacity is by agreement. Compatible video streams are saved as video, including supported publisher players. Stills save changed snapshots; some sources provide sampled image history. Camera outages leave gaps, and some embeds cannot be recorded. AI monitoring has its own camera allowance.
Can cameras be monitored while I am away?
Yes. Command includes one background monitoring rule on one compatible camera. Enterprise offers capacity by agreement. Ask for a vehicle type and optional colour, or the presence of people, boats or supported animals; possible matches appear on your dashboard for 48 hours. You can close your browser. Video checks adapt to activity, up to four frames per second. Still cameras are checked when a new image is observed. Monitoring depends on camera availability and may miss events or produce incorrect matches. Continuous recording is a separate allowance.
Is there a free trial?
Map browsing and thumbnail previews are always free. Guests and free accounts can open cameras for a total of 5 minutes every 24 hours. Paid plans remove this time limit.
How does the free camera allowance work?
All opened cameras count: live video, still images, timelapse and publisher players. Time is shared across cameras and tabs, tracked by IP when signed out and by account when signed in. The 24-hour window starts with your first camera opening. Map browsing and thumbnail previews remain available after the allowance runs out.
Which plans include team seats?
Operator and Command each include one seat. Enterprise is the only plan with multiple seats; contact us to agree on the team size.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards through our payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise can pay by invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't right in your first 14 days on a paid plan, contact us for a full refund.
Is unlimited live viewing really unlimited?
Unlimited live viewing is subject to fair use. Watching all day, every day is fine; re-streaming feeds is not.
